Michele brings a strong consultative background to understand the needs and objectives of a client, her background in developing solutions to achieve the goals of the client is what has proven her success in the agriculture industry. Michele’s agriculture roots run deep, she was born and raised on a family farm where she worked alongside her dad in all aspects from planting to cultivating to harvesting and seeing it through to its destination. Cal Poly is where she earned a degree in Ag Business Marketing, it was there she learned the importance of what is grown in the ground and supplied to the nation but also to the world.
